ME Dezign Architectural Consultancy services include:

Project Inception:
We can start together! If you have an idea in mind and you can’t put it together, then we will help you brainstorm and work together to achieve a project that meets your dreams and goals.

Schematic Dezign:
We will prepare your preliminary dezign sketches based on your requirements and budget, then provide you with possible options and assess it with you for best possible outcome.

Dezign Development:
After agreeing to the schematic dezign, we offer at this stage a refined and developed project with enhanced quality and detailed dezign reflecting the reality of what the project is going to be, through shop drawings, 3D modeling, renderings and a walkthrough.

Bill of Quantity & Costing:
Following the dezign development, we can project the cost of the project according to today’s market through a well detailed BOQ that meets the initial budget expectations.

Construction Documents:
During this stage, the project is already set in motion, we will be preparing your construction drawings & specifications which leads to obtaining the building permit, this phase helps the client to open bids for contractor(s) & upon the client’s request we can advise on the selection of contractor(s).

Site Consultant: (UAE & Lebanon Only)
Upon project awarding and initiation of construction/site works, we can be your advisor all the way. On-site visits to coordinate construction progress & general adherence to contract terms, design, and materials within the standard scope of work. In other words we will be your inspector on site from start to finish.
